What is Kombucha? Kombucha is a fermented beverage with origins thought to be from China or Japan. Our Kombucha is brewed by adding a strain of bacteria (also known as a scoby) and sugar to green tea and then allowing it to ferment for 10-15 days. After the first fermentation, we brew a second, lasting 4 more days, to add flavors that change depending on the season.
