BOOK NOWBOOK NOWAll guests bringing a pet with them will be subject to the following pet policy rules which are considered an adhesion contract. Management reserves the right to admission and continued stay on the premises in case of non-compliance.
Pets heavier than 35kgs or 77lbs are not allowed.
A maximum number of two medium or one large pet is allowed.
An extra fee of $500 MXN will be charged per night. This fee must be paid upon registry.
Only Master Suites and superior rooms are considered pet friendly. If you made a reservation on a smaller room you will be required to upgrade.
Pet mats and plates are property of Agrado Guesthouse and are given to guests as burrowed items. Treats and bags are offered as a courtesy for the pets.
You must present the vaccination record, collar, leash, and muzzle (if necessary) of your pet in order to be allowed access.
The owner of the pet will be the only one responsible for the pet's use of collar, leash and muzzle when entering the hotel or when leaving their room. The owner is also responsible for making sure the pet does not produce noise or odors and that the pet relieves itself in the designated areas.
In the event of complains from other guests we will reach out to you in order to find a solution, possibly reassigning a room. In case of repeated complaints Agrado Guesthouse reserves the right to request the removal of the pet from the premises. There are no refunds in case we request the room to be vacated due to breach of contract.
All pets must always be under the supervision of an adult and should never be left alone in the room.
The pet owner is responsible for picking up all of the pet's waste.
Pets sleeping on top of guest beds or other furniture is prohibited.
Agrado Guesthouse will not be responsible for any illness, damage, death or loss of your pet.
No wildlife, endangered or illegal species of pets are allowed.
The pet owner will be liable for medical expenses in the event the pet bites or deals any kind of damage to another person. We will also require the pet to be removed from the premises.
Any kind of pet abuse is strictly prohibited in our premises.
